Return & Refund Policy – Grow Well
At Grow Well, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used personal care products.
- Items purchased on clearance or promotional sale (unless damaged or defective).
- Gift cards (if applicable).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
